Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of melluva.co.uk and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering.

1. About us

This website is operated by MELLUVA LTD ("Melluva", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at Suite 481, Office 408, Screenworks, 22 Highbury Grove, London, N5 2ER, United Kingdom. 2. Using our website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

3. Products

We take care to show our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and as textiles, towels may vary slightly in size and shade between batches. All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching your order, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken at the time of order.

5. Your order and our contract

After you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. Our contract with you is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud; if so, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you give us.

7. Cancellations and returns

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. In addition, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Faulty goods and your statutory rights

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are sold for domestic and private use. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Melluva or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

11. Your personal data

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
