Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 1–3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, during busy periods or due to carrier delays, delivery may take a little longer. We'll let you know if we expect a significant delay.

Order confirmation and tracking

You'll receive an email confirming your order, and another when it has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, please email us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
